Meet the owners

Charlene & Tracy Garner are Wilmington, NC natives with a big heart for community and a sweet tooth for delicious treats. You’ll find them in the bus scooping Dippin’ Dots and helping you decide from the delicious menu selection!

Tracy is a retired fire captain from the Wilmington Fire Department, a US Air Force Veteran, and a current CDL instructor at Cape Fear Community College.

Charlene maintains a career in the pharmaceutical industry with decades of organization, account management, and sales experience.

Together they have two children along with their spouses, and three grandchildren who also live in Wilmington.

Charlene & Tracy enjoy spending time with their family, camping trips, and enjoying the area beaches & islands.
